Welcome to outsidetonight (the "Service"). Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using our website or platform. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
outsidetonight provides a web-based, real-time coordination utility designed to help groups of users select and plan real-world social outings ("Plans"). The Service aggregates publicly available local venue data, lets users create temporary plan sessions, and coordinates group voting.
The Ephemeral Nature of Plans
You acknowledge and agree that the Service is engineered for short-term coordination. All active Plans, votes, temporary session data, and user-submitted display names permanently expire and are deleted at 7:00 AM local time every day. We are not responsible for any loss of coordination data following this daily purge.
Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. If you are coordinating outings to venues that serve alcohol, you are solely responsible for ensuring everyone in your group meets local legal drinking age requirements.
No Account Required: You are not required to create an account or provide a password to use the Service. You are, however, responsible for the links you share.
Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to use the Service to:
outsidetonight presents information regarding third-party local venues (bars, clubs, lounges, concerts, etc.).
No Affiliation/Endorsement: Unless explicitly stated, outsidetonight is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with the venues displayed on the platform.
Accuracy of Information: While we use automated tools to keep local event data accurate, venue details, hours, capacity, cover charges, and event lineups can change rapidly. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or safety of any third-party venue suggested by the platform. Go out at your own risk.
As-Is Basis: The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding uptime, server reliability, or the total absence of technical bugs.
Real-World Behavior: outsidetonight is a digital coordination utility. We are explicitly not liable for any real-world occurrences, conduct, disputes, safety issues, injuries, financial transactions, or illegal acts that take place when you and your group physically visit a venue coordinated through our platform.
Cap on Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, outsidetonight and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.
All code, custom CSS elements, branding, logos (including our proprietary balloon/map-pin layout), text copy, and user interface designs are the intellectual property of outsidetonight. You may not copy, replicate, or reverse-engineer any portion of our platform or infrastructure without express written consent.
We reserve the right, without notice and at our sole discretion, to block or terminate your device's access to the Service if we detect fraudulent activity, malicious bot behavior, or a violation of these Terms.
These Terms and any disputes arising out of your use of the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Because our architecture evolves rapidly, we may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the platform following any updates indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
